Comparative
to other commercial products, BLUE KITCHEN sauces contain a high proportion
of the chilli ingredient. Great care is taken in the selection
of chilli variety with an ongoing commitment to the development
of our product integrity. This means that some of our
range is seasonal, or slight colour variation may occur,
but the taste and quality is far superior to anything

or two teaspoons of this unique, Australian-flavoured, green
paste added to any coconut-milk based curry will transform your
meal with a fragrant burst of aromatic flavours. These underpin
the heat intensity of the carefully selected green chillies
used in this popular curry paste, and the use of fresh lime
juice, coriander and lemon myrtle, and other selected native-Australian
herbs makes this an ideal additive to marinades. Best with seafood

Sauce is the original BLUE
KITCHEN recipe
that initiated the business. What began as gifts for family
and friends has developed into full-time production of our unique
recipe made from our own breed of 'cayenne' style chillies which,
together with our secret ingredients, are blended with the hotter Pequin and Red Savina Habanero varieties to give it its distinctive
bite and flavour.
Ideal
as a condiment for most meals, it can be used to spice up savoury
dishes, in marinades, or for dipping - if you're adventurous.

milder (heat-wise) version of our Hot Chilli Sauce, for the
less adventurous. The Pequin and Red Savina Habanero chillies
have been replaced by the milder Tabasco and Thai Hot varieties,
but the flavour and appeal of our chilli sauce has not been
compromised. Our personal favourite.
Can
be used in much the same way as our hot chilli sauce, and is
very popular at parties - especially if there's BBQ'd prawns
on the menu. |

A staple ingredient in Moroccan and Middle Eastern recipes,
our popular Preserved Lemons are a seasonal product made with Certified Organic lemons and the preservative-free Horizon brand Salt Pearls. Use a slice or two when stuffing poultry, or finely dice the peel to add to casseroles, tabbouleh, couscous, or as a garnish atop grilled fish. Blend the rind into salad dressings, mayonnaise, hollandaise sauce, or an avocado guacamole. These lemons are made using the traditional method, are pre-cured, and ready to use.
